Lead the day-to-day operations of a residential group home. Manage caregiver schedules, ensure compliance with care standards, maintain the home environment, and serve as the primary point of contact for residents and their families. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and prior experience in a care setting.
Support daily office operations including scheduling tours, managing resident records, coordinating with families, and assisting with intake paperwork. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with office software, and excellent phone etiquette are essential. Experience in healthcare administration is a plus.
Oversee care plans and provide clinical guidance to on-site caregivers in our residential group homes. Conduct initial resident assessments, develop personalized care plans, and serve as a liaison between families, physicians, and the care team. Texas RN license required; geriatric or home health experience preferred.
Provide compassionate, non-medical care to residents in a warm group home setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and engaging residents in social and recreational activities. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and have a genuine passion for senior care.
